Free U.K Standard Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery within 2-5 working days on all orders.

UK Deliveries: Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday. Please note, delivery times may be longer for rural areas or during severe weather conditions..

International Deliveries: Unfortunately we deliver to UK only at the moment.

Undelivered Items:

If an item does not arrive within 14 working days of dispatch, we can offer a refund or redelivery.

Couriers consider items lost after this period, so delivery may still occur within this timeframe.

To process a refund or redelivery, you'll need to sign and return a form confirming non-receipt.

Report undelivered items in writing or via email within 14 days of dispatch. Issues reported outside this period are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Exchanges:

• To exchange an order, notify us via email within 14 days. There is a £5 handling fee for redelivery.
