What is Scent Club?
Scent Club is an independent UK-based fragrance brand born out of a simple frustration — designer perfumes had become overpriced, and great scent shouldn't be a luxury reserved for the few.
We set out to change that by building a brand focused on delivering high-quality, luxury-inspired fragrances at prices that make sense. Our alternatives are crafted using premium-grade oils and formulations developed in Switzerland, designed to match the profile of iconic designer scents — with the same confidence, longevity, and presence, at a fraction of the cost.
Beyond our own creations, we also offer authentic Arabian and Oud perfumes, oil fragrances, candles, car fresheners, and hair oils — a full fragrance lifestyle, not just a single product.

Are your perfumes authentic designer fragrances?
We offer two types of fragrances:
- Scent Club fragrances are expertly crafted alternatives, inspired by the scent profiles of popular designer perfumes. These are not original designer fragrances and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brands.
- Arabian branded perfumes, where stated, are 100% authentic branded products sourced directly from official manufacturers and authorised distributors.
Each product page clearly states whether the fragrance is a Scent Club alternative or an authentic Arabian brand.
Do your perfumes smell exactly the same as designer brands?
Our Scent Club fragrances are inspired by the original scent profiles but are not exact replicas. While they offer a highly similar scent experience, slight variations may exist due to differences in ingredients, formulation, and performance — giving each fragrance its own unique character.
Why are your perfumes more affordable?
We eliminate costly branding, celebrity endorsements, and excessive packaging. Instead, we focus on high-quality ingredients and long-lasting formulations, allowing us to offer a luxury-inspired fragrance experience without the luxury price tag.
What sizes are your perfumes available in?
We offer a range of sizes to suit every need:
- Typical sizes range between 50ml and 100ml
- 5ml sample vials, available only on Scent Club perfumes, perfect for trying a scent before committing to a larger size
How long do your perfumes last?
Our Scent Club fragrances are formulated at 30% oil concentration (Parfum) and typically last 8–12 hours on the skin, depending on skin type, environment, and usage. Arabian Perfumes are usually between 20% - 25% oil concentration (EDP).
Are your perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Scent Club fragrances are 100% vegan-friendly and never tested on animals.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately we currently ship only to UK
Do you offer free delivery?
- Yes! U.K. orders over £20 receive free standard delivery.
- Orders under £20 have a £3.50 delivery fee.
How long will my delivery take?
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
- Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Orders are usually dispatched between 24 - 48 hours after purchase
- Delivery times may be longer for rural areas.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched (where available).
What if I entered the wrong address?
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
What happens if my order is returned to you?
- If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, incorrect address, or unclaimed parcel, an additional delivery fee may be required to resend the order.
- This applies to all orders, including those originally qualifying for free delivery over £20.
- A £3.50 shipping fee will apply if the customer requests the order to be resent.
Can deliveries be delayed?
Yes, delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, or severe weather).
Will I receive my order in one parcel?
- In rare cases, orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels.
- You will be notified if this occurs.
What if my order hasn’t arrived after 14 days?
You can choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement.
To report a missing or delayed order, log in to your account and contact us through your order page, or email info@scentclub.co.uk with your order number.
Can I exchange my order?
- To exchange an order, notify us via email within 30 days of delivery.
- A £3.50 handling fee applies for redelivery on exchange orders under £20.
- There are no handling fees for exchange orders over £20.
- Arabian perfumes must be unopened and sealed to qualify for exchange.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products. No hassle, no stress. Arabian perfumes must be unopened and sealed.
Are returns free?
Yes. Returns are completely free for all products in line with our return policy. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
How do I request a refund?
Simply log in to your account on our website and submit a refund request directly from your order page within 30 days of delivery.If you experience any issues, you can contact us at info@scentclub.co.uk.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be unused or lightly used (no more than 2%). Products showing excessive use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for a refund. Arabian perfumes must be unopened and sealed.
Are Arabian perfumes eligible for returns?
Yes only if the item has not been used or unopened including the seal. If the seal is opened, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the dispatch date, you may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement, sent at no additional cost.
How do I report a missing or delayed order?

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns, refunds, or exchanges.
