5. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Alternative spray perfumes may be lightly used for testing purposes.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Products must not show signs of excessive use or damage.

“Lightly used” means testing the fragrance in a manner similar to how you would sample a perfume in-store. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Arabian Branded Perfumes

Due to hygiene and resale standards, Arabian branded perfumes must be:

Unopened
Unused
In original sealed packaging

We cannot accept returns for Arabian perfumes that have been opened or unsealed.

Return Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

Show clear signs of significant usage
Are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging
Are missing original components

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.
