Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, please follow these guidelines:

Return Window

• You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Product Condition

• Items must be unused or lightly used (no more than 2%).

• Products showing excessive use or damage are not eligible for a refund.

• Arabian perfumes must be unopened and sealed.

Proof of Purchase

• Returns are free of charge.

• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If you have not received your order within 14 days of the dispatch date, you are entitled to choose one of the following options:

• A full refund, or

• A free replacement, sent at no additional cost.

How to Report a Missing Order

1. Log in to your account and contact us through your order page, or

2. Email our support team at info@scentclub.co.uk with your order number.

Once confirmed as delayed or missing, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.

Please note: This applies only to orders that are confirmed as lost or significantly delayed in transit.

How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your account on our website and submit a refund request directly from your order page within 30 days of delivery.

2. Provide the reason for return and upload photos if applicable.

3. Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.

4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order Exchanges

• To exchange an order, notify us via email within 30 days of delivery.

• A £3.50 handling fee applies for redelivery on exchange orders under £20. 

• There are no handling fees for exchange orders over £20.

• Arabian perfumes must be unopened and sealed to qualify for exchange.
