U.K. Standard Delivery

Free standard delivery on all U.K. orders over £20.

Orders under £20 are charged a £3.50 standard delivery fee.

Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Order Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday.

Orders are usually dispatched between 24 - 48 hours after purchase

Delivery times may be longer for rural areas.
Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, incorrect address, or unclaimed parcel, an additional delivery fee may be required to resend the order.

This applies to all orders, including those originally qualifying for free delivery over £20.

A £3.50 shipping fee will apply if the customer requests the order to be resent.
Delayed Deliveries

Delivery times may be affected during public holidays, peak periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes, or severe weather conditions.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
Partial Deliveries

In rare cases, orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels.

If this occurs, you will be notified accordingly.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If you have not received your order within 14 days of the dispatch date, you may choose one of the following options:

A full refund, or
-
A free replacement, sent at no additional cost.
How to Report a Missing or Delayed Order

Log in to your account and contact us through your order page, or

Email info@scentclub.co.uk with your order number.
Once confirmed as lost or significantly delayed, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
Please note: This applies only to orders that are confirmed as lost or significantly delayed in transit.
Order Exchanges

To exchange an order, notify us via email within 30 days of delivery.

A £3.50 handling fee applies for redelivery on exchange orders under £20.
-
There are no handling fees for exchange orders over £20.
-
Arabian perfumes must be unopened and sealed to qualify for exchange.
